MORE INFOBoot Camp training commences with dynamic stretching and running, followed by a wide variety of interval training, including lifting weights/objects, pulling rubber TRX straps, pushups/sit ups, plyometrics, and intense explosive routines. Sessions finish with yoga stretching.
