Mr George Shillibeer himself blazed a trail in London many moons ago, bringing us the first ever Omnibus (now known to you and me as the number 93). His elegant horse drawn carriages wowed the people of London with their innovation, practicality and style.
Today, George's reputation of brilliance survives through Shillibeer's Bar and Grill, standing proudly on the site of the original Omnibus depot. We bring great food, friendly service and those kinds of events that you just don't stop telling everyone about.
George would be proud.
Our kitchen opening hours are:
Mon – Tues: 12pm - 4pm & 5pm - 9pm
Weds – Sat: 12pm - 4pm & 5pm - 9.45pm
Sunday: 12pm - 8pm

Our Menu
All homemade with fresh produce, our menu is built around classic pub grills, beautiful dishes of seasonal meat and fish, and simple but tasty sharers like nachos and chicken wings (if you can bare to share). If you’ve got room, treat yourself to one of Leo’s handmade desserts too.
Sunday Roasts
Sundays wouldn’t be complete without a proper roast dinner and here at Shillibeer’s we won’t disappoint. With half a roast corn-fed chicken, pork belly or British top-side beef all complete with traditional veggies, you’ll be spoilt for choice.
The Deli
For something on the go, pop next door to Shillibeer's Deli. Freda will make you up a coffee whilst you mull over our range of season fresh goodies. We’ve got sandwiches, pastries and cakes aplenty, or grab yourself a salad if you’re feeling healthy. We mix it up from day to day to keep it interesting.
Shilli’s Deli is open from 7:30am - 3:00pm, Monday – Friday.

Shillibeer's Craft Beer Revolution has paved the way for a whole new range of craft beers, from the recently world famous Brew Dog to Bavarian wheat beers from the oldest breweries on earth.
We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of the best craft ales. Sourcing our casks from our friends in Islington as well as having our pick of the best of over 70 craft breweries in London, our list is forever changing. Just ask one of our team, they'll be happy to recommend you something.
WINE
Our brand new wine list, tried, tested and put together by our team, is ready for you to enjoy. We’ve mixed some great classics with some more unusual choices. By all means ask for a taste, and do let us know your thoughts!
Here at Shilli's we love a good party. Be it a birthday, christening, farewell, Bahmitzvah, or your wedding day, we want to be involved.
We have a number of areas for hire including our raised mezzanine areas of different shapes and sizes and our private courtyard. Or, you can take advantage of the whole venue for larger events.
We understand that every event is different, so we like to tailor our services to suit you and your needs. Whatever it is you fancy, we may well be able to accommodate. Go on, challenge us!
Your wedding day shouldn't be anything less than perfect, and here at Shillis we aim for exactly that. With experience of catering for a range of different wedding styles and sizes, we will create a day just right for you.
With personal meetings throughout the process, you've always got a friendly face to talk to, from initial requests right through to on the day itself.
We will work together with our head chef to create a bespoke wedding menu for you, complete with tasting sessions. Whether it be a buffet style arrangement or a traditional sit down meal, we will provide the right service to match the right food.
Be greeted on the day with a Prosecco reception served by our team, beautifully prepared canapes, or an outdoor Summer BBQ in our private courtyard. Have a band serenade you after dinner or have a DJ play your favourite songs into the night.
With a wireless microphone connected to our soundsystem, speeches will run smoothly and why not have our wedding photographer capture the best moments?
