MARMALADE
Upstairs at The Rose Hotel.
Our delicately lit cocktail and wine bar is located on the upper level of the hotel and overlooks the large leafy beer garden. Marmalade bar boasts an impressive cocktail list and is perfect for an intimate drink between friends or for your next party.
MARBLE BAR
Intimate and Private.
The beautifully unique marbled aesthetic of this good time bar does not take away from its intimate and relaxed atmosphere. The intricate muraled walls pay homage to the pubs history and make this space perfect for informal meetings and small gatherings.
THE BEER GARDEN
Enjoy a drink in the sun.
The vibrant split level beer garden has provided an inner city oasis for locals and visitors for over 100 years. This Chippendale institution boasts large share tables, bench seating, pool tables and our iconic cherubs.

The beer, cider and wine menu plays host to a large collection of both boutique rarities and familiar favourites. Not to mention the rotating beer tap that is home to the Beer of the Month's speciality.
FUNCTIONS AT
Marmalade is The Rose Hotel’s craft beer and cocktail event space located upstairs from the main pub and is an ideal location for a variety of special occasions from birthdays and engagements to corporate and Christmas functions. Offering chesterfield lounges, plant arrangements from Bloodwood Botanica, antiques and a few birds, it has all the charm of The Rose Hotel with a twist.
The bar boasts a selection of six rotating craft and boutique tap beers which you can sample on tasting boards or try our variety of cocktails. We also have a large selection of wines sourced locally in Australia and internationally.
