At Streatham's Copes Pharmacy, resident pharmacist Ash Soni and the experienced team pride themselves on their independence and commitment to personal service.
"We're well known in the local community for taking the time to get to know our clients," said Ash, who, alongside fellow pharmacist Ebo Anderson, ensures that there is always a trained professional on hand to offer help and advice.

Ash and the team offer services that cover much more than just traditional NHS prescription dispensing.
"At the heart of everything we do is our fast and efficient prescription service, which includes collection from local GP surgeries and, by arrangement where necessary, delivery to the client," said Ash. "But we also now offer a range of enhanced services from the pharmacy.
These include smoking cessation advice, emergency contraception, a minor ailments service, and specialist travel health advice and medication prescribing."
"I am a qualified Pharmacist Independent Prescriber, so can prescribe a range of items including travel medication," added Ash.
"People can come in to us and we'll prescribe their anti-malarials in the pharmacy, and we are also able to provide emergency medication for regular customers."
Copes is a Healthy Living Pharmacy, with its own qualified health champions. The well-stocked pharmacy carries a range of skincare products, cosmetics and perfumes from some of the biggest names.
