Fora Restaurant, one of the best Turkish restaurants in London, is largely the heritage of Ottoman cuisine, which can be described as fusion and refinement of Central Asian, Caucasian, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean and Balkan cuisines. The interior design is based on Ottoman Empire tradition that is sophisticated and luxurious. The entrance door, caftan of sultans, wall lights and detailed wood works are the example of some of the characteristics of Ottoman tradition. Therefore Fora is considered as an informal dining house offering all day eating experience by providing authentic cooking at exceptional quality and value.
