You will find the team from Hickson’s Food and Wine tucked away on Pier 7 in Walsh Bay. Enclosed by glass the humble 35 seater is decked out with interiors of raw timber tables and a hand-full of slick matte black metal chairs. Food is a reflection of the season and designed to share. The wine is comprised of 150+ by the bottle, mostly smaller, rarer, boutique producers with an ever changing selection by the glass. Look out for the white neon “Hicksons” sign and come on in!
