Rules
Games are played by the rules of Chess, but there are no turns.
Team can perform chess move after every football goal.
Chess rules based on turns do not apply: no zugzwang, no stalemate.
Football move:
Team must move their ball to the opposite goal using the rules of
football. There are two balls, one per team. After a goal, the team
can make their next Chess move after all players have returned to
the marked Chess area.
Chess move:
There are no turns! Team can make a move independent of the
situation of the opposite team. They can use as much or as little
time as they want. However, all moves must follow the rules of
Chess. Specifically, king under attack (check) must be resolved.
The game ends for checkmate, or when a team refuses to make a move
to save their king from check.
Chess move can be made even if the opponent's move is not yet
completed, as long as the move is legal. Touched piece must be
moved if legal move exists. In case of errorneous move
(Football or Chess) referee may order the team to withdraw
their move and make a legal one. Games should not be stopped
in such case, unless the situation requires to be clarified
by referee.
Whenever interpretation is required, the following principles will
be applied:
- Interpretation of rules should not be based on Chess turns, since there aren't any.
- Whatever isn't reasonable and justice, cannot be a rule either.
- Fair game.
