also taught Mount Royal the importance of preparing students well for 
life after graduation. That means practical and current information, as 
well as hands-on learning through work placements, practicum and co-op

 Roderick Mah Centre for Continuous Learning, received gold 
certification for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). 
In Mount Royal also won the prestigious Calgary Award for Blue 
Skies Environmental Achievement for our##&&commuting program and incentives##&&Mount
 Royal also takes pride in responding to community needs. To increase 
Albertans’ access to university-level courses, Mount Royal now offers
