With 10 locations throughout New Zealand, including 7 Auckland day spas in the City, Albany, Mt Eden, Parnell, Ponsonby, Remuera and Takapuna, 2 Wellington day spas in the City and Ngaio and our Hamilton day spa, we are proudly New Zealand's Number One Day Spa group.

General Information
Please arrive at the Spa 15 minutes before your treatment for facials/massage/body treatments. This allows time to complete your consultation card without cutting into your treatment time. Late arrival will limit the length of your session as treatments will always finish as scheduled to not delay and inconvenience the next client.

What to wear
It is important that you are comfortable and can relax. For massage and facial treatments, you will be left in privacy to remove your footwear and clothing, retaining your undergarments and wrapping your body in a sarong that ensures your modesty during your treatment. For body treatments involving water such as scrubs and wraps and for brazilian waxing, you will be provided with a disposable g-string and sarong. For waxing treatments involving a part of the body, you will be asked to remove or adjust clothing in this area and given a sarong for your modesty. If you are enjoying a spa bathing facilities, please bring a swimsuit.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. What this means is if you can’t make your appointment you need to let us know 24 hours in advance that you won’t be coming in and then we can shift your appointment for you. If you don’t give us 24 hours notice we will need to charge you 50% of the treatment cost as we are a busy spa and hate to disappoint clients by turning them away when they could have filled this appointment. I am sure you understand and appreciate this. Credit card details are required to secure your appointment and this also confirms that you understand our policy. For all bookings for 2 people or more this cancellaton period is extended to 48 hours notice. Your card will only be charged if you cancel/move your booking within the notice period. For gift voucher redemptions, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the voucher balance.

Treatment charges
All prices are inclusive of GST and may be subject to change without notice. We accept cash and major credit cards and all treatments must be paid for on the day of service or prior.
