Introducing the Cavallino and Ventuno Pizza School!

Experience and learn the art of making traditional Italian pizza at Cavallino & Ventuno Pizza School with resident Pizza Chefs Roberto Taffuri and Federico Rostagno.

Cavallino is now offering pizza courses for the home chef, corporate or just for some fun!

The courses are designed to focus on the history, quality and authenticity of pizza making.  All students will work with the theory and practical side of pizza making.All courses are hands on and each student receives a gift bag.

Group/corporate bookings are also available during the week Monday to Thursday, please contact our team to discuss.

Courses:

The art of wood fired pizza making.

This two and a half hour hands on wood fired pizza making class is for the home chef. Students will learn the history, fundamentals of pizza preparation, sauce recipes, wood fire oven skills and pizza tossing.

Students will have an individual work space and at the end sit and enjoy your delicious pizza with a glass of wine. Each student will receive a gift bag with ingredients to get them started at home.

Courses are held once a month on a Saturday of each month at 12pm at our sister restaurant Cavallino 1-3 Yulong Avenue, Terrey Hills.

The dates available for 2015 are:

14 March, 11 April, 10 May, 13 June,

Cost: $95 per person.

Bookings are essential as spaces are limited. Max 10 students per class.
