Taffuri and Federico Rostagno. The courses are designed to focus on the history, quality and authenticity of pizza making. All students will work with the theory and practical side of pizza making.All courses are hands on and each student receives a gift bag. Courses:The art of wood fired pizza making. Students will have an individual work space and at the end sit and enjoy your delicious pizza with a glass of wine. Each student will receive a gift bag with ingredients to get them started at home. Courses are held once a month on a Saturday of each month at 12pm at our sister restaurant Cavallino 1-3 Yulong Avenue, Terrey Hills. The dates available for 2015 are: 14 March, 11 April, 10 May, 13 June, 11 July Cost: $95 per person. Bookings are essential as spaces are limited. Max 10 students per class. |
