Group Project

Implementing a project is not necessary to pass the course, however:

- any working project will guarantee you a passing grade

- depending on the quality of your work, different UpGrades to the exam grade are possible:

· grade 1 ( basic functionality )

· grades 2 – 3 ( 2 additional features )

· grades 3 – 4 ( 4 additional features )

· grade 5 ( 5 additional features ) = not necessary to take the exam at this point.

The project must be done in a group of 2 – 3 students. Individual work may be accepted if a good reason exists. For example: distributing tasks when working on a research project may not be trivial. The projects are not restricted to the list below. You can come up with your own idea and implement that. All projects must be presented on the final exercise by one of the team members. All team members will receive the same UpGrade unless someone requests a lower score. The research projects don’t have any features. So grading there will be decided based on the progress.
