Our skilful practitioners will respect your privacy. Discreet draping adorns your body throughout treatments, providing each guest with warmth and honouring your personal space.
In consideration of others, we ask that all cellular phones and pagers be turned off.
To maintain a healthy, relaxing environment for all our clients, our salon has a no-smoking policy.
We request your arrival 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow introductions, consultation and completion of your treatment questionnaire.
Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time allocated for your treatment, but will continue to incur the full treatment charge. It is as a courtesy to all our clientele, that all treatments are completed as scheduled.
Please be sure to highlight any medical conditions to your practitioner.

All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Eftpos or Cash.
24 hour notice is required for us to reschedule your appointment, subject to availability. Any cancellation with less than 4 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. A full fee will be imposed for a "no show".
