A) Open IBM SPSS Statistics through Desktop or Start-menu.
Input the following data :
Select Analyze → Compare Means → One-way ANOVA... .
Set the tested variable (measurem) into Dependent List.
Set the grouping variable (group ) as Factor.
By selecting Contrasts... → Polynomial → Degree, it is possible to calculate the linear, quadratic and third degree's contrasts.
Post Hoc.. is used to perform various comparisons between pairs.
Click Options-button.
Select Descriptive, Homogeneity of variance test and Means Plot
Click Continue and finally OK.
Thus, you will see the following results :

By selecting Analyze → Nonparametric Tests → Legacy Dialogs → K Independent Samples, it is possible to perform a Kruskal-Wallis-test to test the difference of groups.
Close the output-window by clicking X
Close SPSS by selecting : File → Exit or by clicking X.
